Lived in the so called Home of the Good Life all my life. Traveled to almost all 50 states. Lived part time in another. Nebraska is a great state but it should also be called "High Tax State". They tax you to death here and then tax you again when you do die. The Unicameral is an out of control spend me and tax you form of government. Weather isn't great but better than some. Most native Nebraskans are great, some have moved in from out of state aren't as kind, there is a difference. Go Big Red?

There are several Irish towns in northern Nebraska, like O'Neill, Greeley, and Spalding.  You might want to go up there and check them out, whenever you get here.
