Life has gotten to me too. Now I am not even exercising at all. I feel so guilty. I just really don't feel any motivation.  It sucks to feel this way.

Cycling thats a great way to exercise you can cover more ground than walking and even go on cycle trips.

Supposed to leave here next Friday the 29th ... spend the weekend and come home Monday. I think we may be in the Winterport area? Not 100% sure yet. We are coming to visit my nephew. I have a support group that meets once a month and they are nice enough but I don't really feel a great connection to any of them which is disappointing to me. I missed this month but hope to go back next month.

Great job Tom!!woohoo..you are looking really great! I tried the fuze. I'm not big on it but good for something a little different. I'm more of a water drinker but have a sip of fuze on occasion. I do agree though that new flavor is good just they are all a tad too sweet for me.

That's a shame Shannon. I've been very lucky to have made some great friends in my group.  Might be because the DS is not as common that we bonded more though. Not sure. Try and find someone local you talk and get together with about WLS.
