I also ate fast food in Japan but theirs is more healthy that here. But their fast food is more like the don bowls, bento boxes, sushi, udon & ramen ((reason why their fast food noodles are better is because it is hand made noodles, no dried noodles only fresh. And their sweets are not as sweet as here. I still could eat sweets because the bars are thinner, and not as sugary, and the drinks I drank was iced tea's with no sugars^^ I love healthy Japan.
Japanese do eat meat...Gyudon ((beef bowl)), yakitori ((bbq meat on sticks)) and LOTS of others. the ONLY difference is their meat isn't a lot like here. Its very thinly sliced. But they dont eat much breads normally, a lot more do now, if you see a loaf of bread there it is about 5 slices in the bag. Japanese eat mainly fish, tofu and veggies...and pickles or fermented products.
@ayenChong At first I doubt it but now I am happy I found it really worth it so happy in my results in just a few weeks. The site is WeightLossAction.Info right? :))
Easy American diet comes with these intestine, arteries clogging and fats stuff: mayonnaise, butter, artificial sweeteners, soda, chips, junk snacks, too much meat, preservatives, eating too much, and eating even when not hungry.
i decided to eat like the japanese diet, i stopped drinkin soda and replaced it with tea and replaced sugar in it with honey. i stopped eating red meat and only rarely did i eat it. i eat a lot of vegetable. im lactose intolerant and have gallstones so not eating greasy and fried foods made me feel lots better. i started a year ago and i started at 150 pounds, im 4'11'' and that wasnt good lol im currently at 128 pounds. But i cant seem to loose the extra 8 pounds. Any ideas?
@Vickilovesyaoi13 I suggest to do some cardio exercise for 45 - 60 minutes a day for a week and see 8 extra pounds gone, providing you still do Japanese diet. If you still have gallstones (want to remove it) drink olive oil (1 glass) and real lime juice (1/2 glass) for two nights. You will have bowel movement/ diarrhea and stones will go with it. Notice green pieces (stones or peas like shape) float with the bowel.
@talusan909 i do 300 jumping jacks and 25 situps each night. But seems thats not enough, doing all throughout a hour was too much for me and so i spread it out the day. My doctor said not to use any type of oil even in cooking so doesnt drinking a glass of olive oil seem counterproductive?
