OMG!!! this was in Anaheim???!!! in 2009!???!!! I live in Anaheim! i had the annual passports in that time and nobody told me about this soo cool looking haunted dinner show!!!!

seriously if nobody tells me anything cool and new about Disneyland or California Adventure I'm surely going to die and be the 1,000th ghost in the haunted mansion!!! aaaaaaaaah!!!

It's interesting. Now Master Gracey was on a tombstone in front of the ride. Then he was in the movie and people stated calling the bride in the attic Emily because of it (though I did hear rumors that officials said it wasn't her) People did think the Ghost host was Master Gracey before the movie. Also if why do we only see a ghost form of Constance in the attic? And if the pictures near her shown she had 5 husbands, where will they put the hatbox ghost groom? Another thing is in the stretch r

@angeloflifelight: Well, you see, there are two Georges. One is George Yancey aka The Hatbox Ghost & the other is our Ghost Host, George (Edward in the film) Gracey. Constance may be a black widow who kills her husbands by making them literally lose their heads over her, but she was not the original bride. She may have been pegged to wed The Hatbox Ghost--for obvious reasons--but Master Gracey hung himself out of grief for the death of the Beating Heart Bride, Emily (Elizabeth in the film).

@SweetLilNibs The story of Master Gracey and the bride in the attic is from the movie, and has NOTHING to do with the old attraction. The attraction had a bride in it who was supposedly choked by the ghost host. Here's how it went down: The bride was in the attic who the hat box ghost, trying on veils for the wedding. The ghost host thought she was cheating on him so he killed her and the hat box ghost. The new is Constance marries guys then chops their heads off. I like the old story better.

Yea it was cool, good songs, acting, and storyline, but they could have added SO MUCH more to this! I mean it is called the HAUNTED Mansion! They could have added much better special effects, ghost and gouls, zombies and skeletons! Disney has enough money to make it all look so realy your sh*t your pants! Next time, try to make it a little more, scary! :D

The Haunted Mansion has always be considered to be more silly than scary. Disney can certainly pull of making a really scary attraction but that just isn't what Disney is about. I'm sure that if they changed the ride around and made it scarier, a lot of people would complain. I love The Haunted Mansion as it is right now.
