Really one of the best on youtube. Its just some of the parts are a bit choppy. Something to do with the frames you chose to use with your DSLR (correct?) I do similar stuff but I us HDV Tapes, which are cool but limit me to 65 minutes. And also I dont think I can get comparable night stuff. SO I think im going to switch to DSLR. For night stuff at the very least.

When I saw "at its best" I expected the opposite. Time lapse itself is odd and therefore interesting, but this video is nothing other than that. Even the few nice scenes were given no especially relevant or sensitive or insightful treatment.

I just made my first timelapse (on YouTube)from a years worth collection of webcam images (freeway widening project) using Windows MovieMaker. I didn't even know it was in my computer, came with XP (Pro), don't know about the home version. Send me a message if you want.

I agree with proobu! You sort of sentence your footage to the trash can when you call it 'best'. It's nice, but hardly 'best'. Maybe it's your best, but look at the other really good time lapses and you'll get a better idea of where you stand. Compared to the great ones here at YT, yours is just so so.

that's really great. one criticism i have (the only one really) is that you ought to snip out the shot where you walk around and spin the camera, it looks cheap compared to every other shot in the video. maybe you ran a little short of footage? i dunno...this was really beautifully done though.
