  • the premise is rather flaed if v'ger had anything to do with the borg then the movie would have been about v'ger trying to assimilate the human race rather than reporting back to it.

  • Quantum theory may support this, but I don't.

  • Gene Roddenberry made it clear at a Star Trek convention (back in the late 80's) that Voyager 6 fell into a super worm hole. When the script was written, the idea that of wormholes was a new one and super wormholes even more so. The original script said "Black hole", but the scientific advisor caught the mistake so they added in to the script at the last minute, "what use to be called...” Also: Maurice Hurley, who invented the Borg, said that V’ger & the Borg are not related.

  • Interested but the Borg have been around for hundreds or thousands of years. It predated VGER by quite a lot.

  • @aperson22222 But, what if the worm hole that Voyager fell through took it back in time?

  • this is highly doubtful. In ST:VOY 6x07 Dragon's Teeth is said, that Vaadwaur knew the borg. Vaadwaur's homeworld was attacked in 15th century and all survivors put in stasis. Voyager 6 comes from 20th century, Only explination would be, that probe time-travelled in a hole but I think it's just mistake which came out of poor knowledge of canon

  • Well, they say that "space and even time" were bent in the black hole which the Voyager probe fell into so i wouldn't reject the story totally. Quite a good one in my opinion, but then again, it's just a game.

  • cheers guys will upload some more ASAP!!!

  • That's pretty awesome! <3 The Collective.
