You hurt one of their interests, they can have all their child companies stop advertising with you in the blink of any eye. The thing is, "they could put up tactile ads on television". Everyone has the right to buy an ad space. But I'm pretty sure that if your ad goes against all other ads, someone will do something. But the fact is that one would have a hell of a hard time getting the networks to even think about this type of ad, and that's if they even have the money for one. Considering the barriers to entry.
The thing is, pepsi and coke might have the same owner now for all we know.
