@FlyIBelieve If you use a permanent ink sharpie, then it takes a lot more effort to get it off. I believe they recommend using rubbing alcohol to help get it off. However, you can also use a dry erase marker and that comes off easily with just some water.
@Coxey82 It doesn't come with any gimmicks. You only need the pens to draw and something "extra" which if you don't already own, you can easily purchase at MJMMagic.com or a local store for less than $5.00 and it will last you a LONG time.
@cardfreakable Yes. Although it's not something that can "break." It's easy to setup and once you're setup, it pretty much performs by itself (no complicated sleight of hand, etc).
Why didn't I think of this. I knew there was more that could be done with this principle. These guys are geniuses. So simple. But so insanely brilliantly visual. Exactly...."why didn't I think of that."??? as he said.
@atzup01 We always post the link to purchase the item in our video description. Just go to mjmmagic.com and search for RIZER. You will see it pop up there.
@Tania93star At MJMMagic.com. We also have the direct link in the description for this video. On all of our demo videos you see in our channel, we post the direct link to the product in our description.
@CharlieEcho77 Well, from the standpoint of a playing card rising from your skin, it doesn't get much more organic than that! I mean, rolling up your sleeve and having that mental image shown to your spectator is pretty powerful. In terms of set up though, there IS a setup and there isn't a whole lot of skill, so as long as your willing to put in the preparation, it's a great effect.
@MJMMagic Thanks can I decide the card that rises like could I have a different card come up at every table I go to and could I show it to someone again a few days later and not have them say they got the exact same card?
@CharlieEcho77 Yes. Technically, you can have any card you want rise out of the deck on your arm. However, if you're table hopping, it's not going to be very practical to set it up with a new a card every single time, since you're dealing with sharpie's (or dry erase markers) and that would need to be cleaned up and redrawn each and every time.
But to answer the question, yes you can choose any card to rise from the deck. And it could be different a couple days later to a different crowd.
@BMWmagictricks You need a sharpie (red and black color recommended), and one other thing which I can't explain because it can expose the method behind the effect. However, this one other thing is something inexpensive which you can pick up at any Target, Walmart, or craft store......or we sell it at MJM Magic as well.
