This might sound like a stupid question but where did this character come from? Is he of your own design? If so, where did you draw inspiration for it? Very cool.

it is an original character I came up with. though, I did pull inspiration from mickey mouse. I just had an idea for a freak/killer that wore mickeys hat haha. sorry for the delay in responding.
