Hey Michael, I heard you perform this song back in 1998, in a club in Madison, TN. I remember telling you how much I liked the song, and you said (jokingly I'm sure) "you wanna buy it?" It's been ELEVEN years since then, and the chorus has stuck in my head all these years. I have listened intently for it on the radio. Good Job. I really like it. Some constructive criticism, you look so uptight and tense when you play and sing. Just let loose and put more emotion into it. Like you have a great voice but there are certain times in the song when I've noticed that you could have put a lot more power into ur singing in certain parts. And like strum a little harder in certain parts to emphasize the emotion in your voice. Great job tho. And record companies are thieves. Copyright ur songs before you put them up.

From one songwriter to another...that was a great song concept and very well done. I would change the lyric from song we use to "listen" to to "dance to"...it's a little more personal, but I have no doubt that song will make it on the charts someday. Don't give up any rights to it or accept co-writers unless they are going to perform it (like Tim Mcgraw or Gary Allen). Keep it up.
