I will support Nader to the bitter end regardless of the chances. If winning is everything, you have no real patriotism and no morals. Also, like someone said, "I'd rather vote for something I want and not get it, than vote for something I DON'T want and get it."
A vote for Obama is a vote for the Patriot Act, the endless war in the Middle East, telco spying and corporate welfare, a vote for Mccain is a vote for the Patriot Act, the endless war in the Middle East, telco spying and corporate welfare. A vote for Nader is a vote for the Constitution, peace, privacy, and prosecution of corporate corruption.
A vote for Obama is a vote for the Patriot Act, the endless war in the Middle East, telco spying and corporate welfare, a vote for Mccain is a vote for the Patriot Act, the endless war in the Middle East, telco spying and corporate welfare. Seriously. The terms are just a code for other things. "Third party" is code for crazy spoiler, who should be ignored. In reality third party candidates are trying to change the country for the better, expose the two-party system for what it is, and desperately need to be heard. "Bi-partisan" is code for "I'm getting things done and am a peacemaker." In reality it means "I'm a sellout and have been bought out by Wall Street just like my opponent."
@Rogue2373 Wow. Even though your comment is 2 years old it still rings true. Third party candidates are the ones talking about "real change" that would effect this country in a positive way. They try to expose the false left right paradigm but the brainwashed public are to ignorant to listen. Just look at us now. We stand here while our borders are being overun, x-ray scanning in airports, and the patriot act. Yet, we r still to stupid to break from the paradigm.
Nader can't win, corporations, the biggest investors in political campaigns, will never support a candidate who wants to overhaul their system of domination. But i gotta tell ya, I couldn't in my right mind vote for anybody else. His is the only true voice of reason in American politics.
Nader could win regardless of the absence of corporate donations, if people would support his campaign and vote for him. We the people can decide. The real problem is getting his message out thru the smokescreen of the mainstream "news" media's non-stop free ad for the two-party corporate duopoly. And the despicable fact that they shamelessly exclude him from the debates which makes a mockery of our so-called democratic process, concealing Nader's qualifications and ability from the electorate.
whitebooty wrote - "a vote for nader is a vote for mccain "
If that's soooo true, then also the people who don't vote are voting for McCain. Think about it. I know I'm not wrong here. I hope Obama wins, but I'm voting for Nader because the more votes 3rd parties have then that will make Obama adapt a little of Nader's issues/stances(hopefully). The 3rd party influence helped get women the right to vote and many other things I can't remember at the moment.
Since the recent backing of presidential candidate John McCain by George W. Bush, a well-known Reptilian himself, it has been made very clear that Bush has chosen his Reptilian successor.
Right by McCains side is his wife Cindy. There is no question that she is also Reptilian. John Rhodes, a reptilian-humanoid expert, says there is no doubt the McCains have evolved from reptilian ancestors.
Nader and Paul have big differences on domestic issues like health care, market regulation, corporate crime, environment and energy policy and also moral stances like abortion. Paul is very suspicious about any Gov. intervention and central regulation b/c he thinks thats always gonna end up worse than leaving it to the ppl. It is his stance altho i dont share it.
I dont see a chance they are going to join forces even if they agree on foreign policies. That is just part of the package.
yea and taxation is also a big difference i would say. Paul doesnt like tax at all, as he doesnt seem to like Gov. at all. Why is he a Congressman after all :P.
You see, Paul has already endorsed Nader. They will not "join forces." However, the common goal of restoring our civil liberties and reviving the constitution are reason enough for Paul supporters to turn to Nader. If we can rock the election boat to include third parties in the debate, we can open up the oppurtunity for Jesse Ventura in 2012. We all know Ventura and Paul are on the same page.
gosh! i just saw the press conference where he endorsed the alternative candidates! Well if they get together on one ticket as he called for and set aside their differences that could be a decent 3rd party after all. They could still challenge the system. Lets do this!
The Bailout is taxation without representation or consultation!
> Democrat/Clinton deregulated and caused this mess.
> Republican/Bu$h blank check bails the crooks out.
They should aid and prevent homeowner foreclosure and default! Millions of Americans have no health care but, RepubliCrat partY throw money away into the Wall Street speculator gambler void!
NADER/Gonzalez = WE the PEOPLE
Democrat/Republican partY = THEY the CORPORATION$
We have a three party system in the UK and it just means we have even more liars from yet another perspective trying to grab the reins of power....It isn't the amount of horses in the race that is important,it is their moral ethical and democratic stance, and more importantly their ability to truly represent the will of the majority of the electorate. Once elected, all politicians just seem to do what the hell they want, to me, the answer is vote for an independent free thinker..scrap parties!
im also from the UK but i wouldnt so synical. yes i do think our 3 parties are power hungary, though in Ralph Nader i see a man who has worked tirlessly for the past 40 years as a consumer advocate and hes someone with grit and determination and a passion for politics. He's someone who i have complete faith in and he'd make a great president.
Sorry Jamy,I am at a bit of a disadvantage here because I have no right to vote in the US,therefore no real right to comment on the peculiarities of US gvt, other than to say any product of official political schooling will always lead to voting along party lines whether morally right or not, or in accordance with the wishes of the electorate who elected them or not (not being the norm). This isn't cynicism it is the practicality of party politics, and is corrupt divisive and immoral.
To be honest, this video is rather condescending and not effective. I believe that the Nader/Gonzalez ticket should stay above this type of splicing to make candidates look really bad. No way do I think Sarah Palin should be vice president but the way this video represents both VP candidates is unjust. Also, is it just me or does Matt Gozalez come across as a pompous ass? I agree with most of Ralph's ideas but this vibe I get from his running mate is, I'm an all knowing god.
Matt is a bit intellectual he should probabaly 'dumd himself down' for the American voters.
He has a good record in San Francisco of getting out some really great legislation. Instant Run Off Voting is a great way to break tie elections, support three way races and cut down election costs. We also have a realitively decent minimum wage would should be countrywide.
And on the appearance of Palin/Biden? they don't need splicing to make them look really bad, they are really bad!
My son served in the U.S. military for eight and a half years. In that time he fought in Afghanistan and Iraq with distinction and honor. Don't take away his rights, he fought for yours.
Do you want health care? Here is our election day Single Payer health care. We in the west vote last. We watch the results roll in across the country. By 4pm on election day, we already know who the Prez. is. So now we have a plan. We are going to hold our ballots & not vote until we know who the Pres. is. Why? Because that way, we can vote for the only candidate who supports a Single Payer health care: RN. If a million vote for Single Payer, we will have made our point.

great video!!!
but im not voting nader, cuz he has ZERO chance of winning (just accept that and move on). so im going to vote for the guy who sucks the least on the other side of the jew world order paradigm.
Voting for the winner, what a novel idea! As long as the person you're voting for WINS, then your vote was cast correctly! You can sleep like a baby knowing that you helped elect someone you only tolerate. This concept of voting for someone who has a "chance" of winning is what creates our crappy lie of a democracy. If everyone voted for the candidate that best represents their viewpoints, then the system would work. They don't. No one wants to vote for someone who might lose. It's disgusting.
Ahhh, voting the evil of two lessors eh? I don't understand why anyone would vote for either of them Republicrats when they just sold us all out right before our very eyes AND on the very mainstream media that they use to sell us on the lie that we only have one, I mean two (eh hem) choices! And now we're supposed to choose one of them? Ha! This isn't a horse race you know - that's all I'm saying besides that I'm voting my conscience and it doesn't include them. I agree about the video tho:)
"A vote for the lesser of two evils is still a vote for evil." In the words of Jesse Ventura: Elections are not horse races! We don't need to pick the winner. We need to pick with our conscience. Don't let Democrats and Republicans tell you that you're throwing your vote away! Think about how brainwashed you are for even thinking that! This is a DEMOCRACY! Not a dual dictatorship of two elite parties!
hahaha. dude, you're talking to the ULTIMATE of ULTIMATE conspiracy nuts out there. I am more than aware of what's really going on, I just don't care like I used to, lol. PALIN IS HOT! VOTE PALIN! lol jk, or am I? hell, I don't even know anymore.
John McCain is used to force the election of Barack Obama. Barack Obama forced you to pay for Wall Street's bailout. Stop the extortion, blackmail, bribery, and division; Ron Paul, Ralph Nader, and Cynthia McKinney. "The two parties should be almost identical, so that the American people can 'throw the rascals out' at any election without leading to any profound or extensive shifts in policy." - Carol Quigley
LOL :-) vainprop is right! and now, thanks to the recent bailout purchase of Wooden Arrows, we should use them to take out anyone not voting 3rd party... specifically NADER/Gonzalez 2008
He's right about the leukemia clusters. I also heard that rates of breast cancer are higher in areas close to nuclear plants if I recall correctly. Even nuclear plants that are running "properly" still give off some radiation. My whole take is to try to maximize energy efficiency as much as possible and put together a comprehensive plan to see how far we can take existing renewable technology before we even think about nukes. American Solar Energy Society (ASES) did a good study on this.
Man, Id love to see Gonzalez put Biden in his place live on national television. That would be epic. Too bad the mainstream media is afraid of Nader/Gonzalez.
RE:"Too bad the mainstream media is afraid of Nader/Gonzalez." Not afraid Thirty-nine, but wilfully dismissive/hostile. That's the way the leading elitists of the United States' polyarchy like it. Otherwise, with Mr.Nader being on at least 45 state ballots, the American public might realise how much better it would be for them to vote for someone with integrity and experience, and a 'Jeffersonian' revolution might occur. Which would lead to the elists' dismay and everyone else's relief.
Another interesting and finely-executed video from the Nader/Gonzalez camp! Bravo! Keep up the great work!
Why would you NOT have Gonzalez in there? He's just as articulated and well-read about the issues as those two others, combined. The Nader/Gonzalez ticket is on the ballot in 45 states (plus 4 write-ins), is over the $3 million dollar mark in clean contributions, and is polling as high as 8% in swing states!
There's NO reason not to, and EVERY reason to let them debate.
It is time to put these kids in the sandbox and allow the serious candidates to debate. Ground the kids for locking their parents out of the debates! Time-out for you (2)!
Unfortunately we'll have to sit through another staged, closed debate tonight, which will continue to trick the American people into voting for two sides of the same coin. THIS IS NOT DEMOCRACY.
I just don't get why people shun ideas, progress, and perspective from the presidential debates. Or they immediately turn the other way if someone other than a Republican or Democrat speak. Andrew Jackson was the only president to payoff the national debt and he was elected out of a third party, the democratic party. It just makes me sick how ignorant and sheep-like the majority of America is.
we need urgent formation of an **Alliance** by: Ralph Nader, Bob Barr, Ron Paul, Cynthia McKinney, , Charles Baldwin
I hope that they can put their differences aside for the sake of our country and come up with ****ONE**** candidate for Nov 08 election. Otherwise you know what is going to happen
Talk. Talk. Talk. Talk is cheap when you're using somebody else's money. I want something more than talk. I want answers, answers, answers. Vote Nader/Gonzalez '08.
I wish I could vote for him but he's not on the ballot here in TX. God damn rednecks! lol jk. It just sucks that we live in a false democracy and the founders of this nation I'm sure would be embarrassed for what a joke it has become. I don't think I can write him in either cuz we have electronic booths (i think) so my vote is prolly gonna be changed anyway. Keep telling people in your state and I will too and eventually (and hopefully) people wake up from these hypnotic politics.
you CAN write him in. he's filled out the papers to be an official write in candidate in TX. if you don't know how to do it on the electronic machine call your local elections office to find out, and/or call your TX state campaign coordinators--you can find their contact info on votenader (dot) org (slash) action (slash) texas
I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all... Those were the good old days huh now corporations/bankers and lawyers owns the media and our Government with this so called two party system and hijacked the voting system as well. It don't matter who you vote for my fellow Americans.
To bad we the people will never get a real debate. This so called two party system/Government that is bought and payed by the bankers, cooperation's and lawyers that has full control of our Government. They are doing exactly what they want and getting there way. Our once great republic has been sold by the few that run our Government. Nothing well change and they will drive is county once great republic now a democracy into the ground sad to say:(
Because the Mass media as they call it, or the MASK MEDIA as I call it, is oppposed to letting the American people the truth. Our "media" is essentially State Controlled. It is not a free press. Its only free in the sense that it is free to spew State Propaganda. The Media exists to keep people in a mind prison. Youll never hear anyone in the media questioning the federal reserve, U.S. military atrocities, two party corruption, the illegal INCOME tax, and a host of other issues.
Gonzales sounds so much more intelligent.

A vote for Nader is a vote for the Constitution, peace, privacy, and prosecution of corporate corruption.

you know what i think? i think that "third party" and "bi-partisan" are the two worst words anyone's ever come up with.
josda1000 3 years ago 2
Rogue2373 3 years ago 9
@Rogue2373 Wow. Even though your comment is 2 years old it still rings true. Third party candidates are the ones talking about "real change" that would effect this country in a positive way. They try to expose the false left right paradigm but the brainwashed public are to ignorant to listen. Just look at us now. We stand here while our borders are being overun, x-ray scanning in airports, and the patriot act. Yet, we r still to stupid to break from the paradigm.
lamiac2411 1 year ago
Nader can't win, corporations, the biggest investors in political campaigns, will never support a candidate who wants to overhaul their system of domination. But i gotta tell ya, I couldn't in my right mind vote for anybody else. His is the only true voice of reason in American politics.
nicolibri 3 years ago 5
Nader could win regardless of the absence of corporate donations, if people would support his campaign and vote for him. We the people can decide. The real problem is getting his message out thru the smokescreen of the mainstream "news" media's non-stop free ad for the two-party corporate duopoly. And the despicable fact that they shamelessly exclude him from the debates which makes a mockery of our so-called democratic process, concealing Nader's qualifications and ability from the electorate.

John Rhodes, a reptilian-humanoid expert, says there is no doubt the McCains have evolved from reptilian ancestors.
mccain is the face of the reptillians
mccain is NWO.

That is just part of the package.
mattgotballz 3 years ago
yea and taxation is also a big difference i would say. Paul doesnt like tax at all, as he doesnt seem to like Gov. at all. Why is he a Congressman after all :P.
mattgotballz 3 years ago
You see, Paul has already endorsed Nader. They will not "join forces." However, the common goal of restoring our civil liberties and reviving the constitution are reason enough for Paul supporters to turn to Nader. If we can rock the election boat to include third parties in the debate, we can open up the oppurtunity for Jesse Ventura in 2012. We all know Ventura and Paul are on the same page.
fluidvoid 3 years ago
gosh! i just saw the press conference where he endorsed the alternative candidates! Well if they get together on one ticket as he called for and set aside their differences that could be a decent 3rd party after all. They could still challenge the system. Lets do this!

Davedemocrat 3 years ago 2
im also from the UK but i wouldnt so synical. yes i do think our 3 parties are power hungary, though in Ralph Nader i see a man who has worked tirlessly for the past 40 years as a consumer advocate and hes someone with grit and determination and a passion for politics. He's someone who i have complete faith in and he'd make a great president.
jamy30 3 years ago 4
Sorry Jamy,I am at a bit of a disadvantage here because I have no right to vote in the US,therefore no real right to comment on the peculiarities of US gvt, other than to say any product of official political schooling will always lead to voting along party lines whether morally right or not, or in accordance with the wishes of the electorate who elected them or not (not being the norm). This isn't cynicism it is the practicality of party politics, and is corrupt divisive and immoral.
Davedemocrat 3 years ago
To be honest, this video is rather condescending and not effective. I believe that the Nader/Gonzalez ticket should stay above this type of splicing to make candidates look really bad. No way do I think Sarah Palin should be vice president but the way this video represents both VP candidates is unjust. Also, is it just me or does Matt Gozalez come across as a pompous ass? I agree with most of Ralph's ideas but this vibe I get from his running mate is, I'm an all knowing god.
Just me rambling.
crazygolfer333 3 years ago
Matt is a bit intellectual he should probabaly 'dumd himself down' for the American voters.
He has a good record in San Francisco of getting out some really great legislation. Instant Run Off Voting is a great way to break tie elections, support three way races and cut down election costs. We also have a realitively decent minimum wage would should be countrywide.
And on the appearance of Palin/Biden? they don't need splicing to make them look really bad, they are really bad!

LordHines420 3 years ago
Voting for the winner, what a novel idea! As long as the person you're voting for WINS, then your vote was cast correctly! You can sleep like a baby knowing that you helped elect someone you only tolerate. This concept of voting for someone who has a "chance" of winning is what creates our crappy lie of a democracy. If everyone voted for the candidate that best represents their viewpoints, then the system would work. They don't. No one wants to vote for someone who might lose. It's disgusting.
monitormagazine 3 years ago 4
Ahhh, voting the evil of two lessors eh? I don't understand why anyone would vote for either of them Republicrats when they just sold us all out right before our very eyes AND on the very mainstream media that they use to sell us on the lie that we only have one, I mean two (eh hem) choices! And now we're supposed to choose one of them? Ha! This isn't a horse race you know - that's all I'm saying besides that I'm voting my conscience and it doesn't include them.
