love her and love this! but i dont get why sometimes she hits that last note with spine-tingling accuracy and sometimes she splats it.

It's a really tough sing. Many of the greatest singers have issues with it. She doesn't quite nail it here, but the rest of the piece was very nice.

Thank you for sharing this video. You were very lucky to have Ms. Fleming sing this recital in Cesky Krumlov. She will return in a few months for another event, and I have no doubt that she'll look and sound just as beautiful as she does here.
