Yes fly by wire is electric over hydraulic except that a computer is involved, but is also the reason why these machines are faster than comparable machines built fifteen/twenty years before.....dumb, dumb. lol
This CAT and the other 2 or three top excavators are such work-horses! This one has a huge bucket! Probably too large for 'street' work which is why they are seen mostly on open sites like mining and City infrastructure and road building?

Im from Ireland and im pretty sure this is the macine i seen in March. Was working on the same side of the strip and not far from trumps new condo building. Id love to work in the U.S
