  • Ian just want to encourage you today, I know your heart and your purpose. Your an amazing person and have touched the lives of many by your words. You didn't have to do this, you could have just sat back and listened as people cried out for an answer but you refused to just sit and listen you spoke out and so many people listened. Keep praising God cause He is working through you!

  • @rjblaine25 I receive your encouragement. May the Lord reward you for your willingness and boldness.

  • Are these words an actual reflection of who you are as a person? as a friend or a father? i know better than that.

Let your words be the genuine picture of your heart--for Jesus can see your insides, past present and future.

Perhaps you should quit searching for a purpose and just try to be a good man.

To: unknown..? I do not profess to be the greatest friend, dad, or person for that matter. However, I must share with you that, thankfully, YOU are NOT the measure that God will use to judge me. Furthermore, be aware that the same measure you judge me with, the Lord will use to judge you. My prayer is that the Lord deliver you (whoever you are) from whatever anger and bitterness you seem to be holding against me. May the Lord shower His mercy on you, and not His judgment.

  • I'm Sophomore and We just lost another student named Ian Jenkins

  • Thank you for a thoughtful and touching song. Ian has a beautiful voice, this should be played on radio stations-kids today need to hear more positive and uplifting messages like this!

  • Absolutely Amazing. Listening to this gives me hope that we will all over come this together, as a school. Thank you so much for posting this. God bless.

  • Thank you for taking the time to record this. It would have been much easier to do nothing. The fact that you took the time to think it out, record it, sing it, post it, and figure out how to get it to Milan, speaks volume of your character. Please know it has reached us, the Chamber of Commerce, the City of Milan, the Milan Area Schools, many businesses, and many residents have now seen it, reposted it and are sharing your encouraging words. God bless.

  • Thank you for thinking of the parents, students and community in Milan.

  • I graduated from Milan High School and hearing about all of this has truly saddened me. This song and your thoughts are so powerful and thoughtful. Thank you, from myself and from those I know are so deeply effected...

  • Lyrics: Verse 1 I was walking One day And I saw you in Such a special way Leaves blowing in the wind Rain falling from the sky Sun shining on my face A twinkle in my eye You said you'd be with me always And if I take a closer look I'll see you all day Chorus: I'm never Alone (4x) Verse 2 If we take a closer look Then we'll see Love all around you And all around me If you're sitting in a class Or playing on the field Or running in a park Or locked up behind bars Repeat Chorus

  • Awesome! There are many children/youth that I interact with daily as an educator/law enforcement professional and the common denominator is that they ALL feel alone whether expressed or implied. Thank you for your words - Never Alone!
