  • I say we open carry M2's and howitzers.

  • i support the carry, but here in VA, there is little use for carrying a rifle since it must be unloaded. handguns can be carried loaded in VA. i carry openly everyday (even when i'm home). and every now and then ppl will comment on it. like you said it needs to be organized. we don't need ppl walking into walmart with a rifle. we need public cookouts and have ppl bring their rifles and wear them to exercise our rights. i say we get the public used to handguns first.

  • why are you guys all open carrying homosexual "liddo" pistols? if you want to send out a message open carry an ak! now THATS fucking using your right

  • @ChazOneZeroSeven well we don't want everyone to think we're crazy. some ppl think im crazy for carrying a handgun everyday and the police can keep them safe (liberal fantasy).

  • @TacticalTuckFard i dont know man its your right and ive seen a few people around my town do it

you really need to just be more organized about it like an official group saying we fucking carry ar15s cause we know our rights

  • excellent!!! Exercise your rights or lose them

  • Open Carry Food Drive.

  • Hmmm, it would be a floatilla! I mentioned this to some folks on here from Arizona. Well, not the float part, but the next Tea Party, End The Fed, what have you.

  • Hm, except that the JBTs would probably say that we're concealed carried since we're on vehicle....

  • a float would be the thing to have as you can carry plenty of flyers on a float with you - maybe under the theme that is a bit broader then just the open carry right issue as: "Libertarian minded Citizens of NH" but that just an idea born at -20F ;)

  • Floats a great idea. Would be a great opportunity to pass out fliers, and raise awareness.

  • I like the float idea. Lots of open carry people.

  • Does anywhere in New Hampshire still have Memorial Day or 4th of July parades?

Those would be PERFECT opportunities, with good historical tie-in.

  • yes we have many Independence Day parades... some of them on July 4th.

  • Im in, just say when

  • Is there a St. Patrick's Day parade coming up in which we could get a group of people to march with a pro-2A banner?

Would GO-NH or NHFC be interested in doing something like that?

  • I vote for a giant gun in a holster float.

  • Sigmund Freuds' cuzn did that in the early 1900's with Frued's theory. Women and smoking in public was not "aloud". Freuds' helped out these big time cig companies and told them to get around 50 women in long skirts to march in a parade. When the 50 women got to a point in the road they would pull their skirts up and grab a box a sig pull one out and light one up. Soon and behold women than started to smoke in public.

  • I think the float sounds like an awesome idea. Does anyone in the free state project have any experience with float making and entering them into parades?

  • It doesn't take much to do that. Easy brezy.
