This really is about $8 an hour workers filing bogus registrations to meet their quotas. Nobody was going to vote as Tony Romo.

Better ways to rig an election include: purging voter rolls, sending absentee ballots to the other side with a bad return address, awarding contracts for unauditable e-voting machines to your supporters, and putting too few voting booths in the other side's districts.

This has all become an art form over the last 8 years, and it started with those DOJ firings.
