This has probably already been said but... Eggnog doesn't necessarily have alcohol in it, I am underage so I just drink the Eggnog without any rum in it. However it CAN have rum in it.

Eggnog isn't sold as an alcoholic beverage, although it should be. As far as I'm concerned, eggnog isn't even worth drinking if it isn't spiked at least a little bit. Of course, that's because I'm not really a big fan of eggnog. But, to each their own, I guess.

Funny, I had the opposite misconception about eggnog. I was like 18 before I realized some people add alcohol to it.So I'd see on TV or in movies people acting all goofy after having too much eggnog, or someone saying "Go easy on the egg nog!" and I never got why that was, since it was such an innocuous beverage.

So I'd suggest giving it a try some time. It's good stuff. ^_^
