Dude how thick are the picks you use? I think that's your problem, cause when they're super thick and they don't flex they make a loud noise on the strings like in this video. I know this is from a few years ago, but if you still play like that all the time I bet you're constantly breaking strings. Doesn't matter what brand or type of strings you use, you can't thrash that hard unless you use a thinner pick. I use Dunlop Tortex .50mm picks, they're red, check 'em out.
hahahaha he can move the moutains, my god is *string breaks* oooooohhhh noooo! nooo... awe jonathan you are so awesome lol lookin forward to church tomorow lol
Question: Why does everyone who can sing and play (or can't) need to post a video of themselves doing so? I wonder why so many people do this. Any insights?
haha great stuff reminds me of when my string broke during worship at church hahaha i looked over to our bass player and we just started crackin up, good times
Well... At least it didn't happen on a worship set. I played so rough learning to quad strum I had to up my Elixirs to Medium Gage. Never broke a string once, plus they last a lot longer. I could tell by how you where getting into that it would give. You need to relax that arm some, leave that wrist Loosey Goosey and probably get a thinner pick. Dynamics is one of the key elements of worship. I love your stuff man, It is so pure!
