no, but it would be a good idea, because his attacks are a BITCH to deal with. You don't HAVE to power struggle to kill him, but it just gives you more points. You know how if you kill a person, and you get to use the daggers, that the finisher is different if you didn't have the daggers? Well, that's the same thing with Von Twirlenkiller.

The timing sometimes takes some getting used to, but the thing to look for is the slow-motion before he attempts to swat you off, that's the key to trigger it.
