The design is just awesome but sooooo disappointed in quality how can you send me a shirt with print in yellow? not once but twice? Customer service was so pleasant to replace order and second order was the same words in yelow? Now if you have QA they cant tell colors???? I wear Orange????? words in Yellow need to seek supervisor dont you think? Ive ordered more items am I safe? Hope so!

Things that wasnt visible on the picture of the shirt! And things which don't make any sense what so ever... My friend wont even notice what the print is supposed to be! I have a shop on cafe press. I have had 2 orders for mouse pads recently and neither has come out well. One of the orders has been replaced twice so far. The other also needs to be replaced for the same reason. Maybe there is someone new working this print area but the errors have gotten by quality control several times. I've never had issues with other products. Everyone loved them. I had orders before for the same product & they were perfectly. Someone has dropped the ball on this one though.

I just ordered custom clocks for my dad. They are not of great quality and one of them is so off-center that you can see the green circle line they were supposed to cut and it doesnt even tell time. My mom, however, said that she had an amazing return experience with CafePress, they let her keep the wrong sizes she ordered and sent her new ones free rush delivery. I have high hopes my return experience will be the same, otherwise it will be my last experience with them...

I just received 2 t-shirts costing £16 and £18 each...plus postage..not cheap, BUT I had expected them to be good quality because of this. WRONG!! They are nasty cheap shoddy t shirts. The printing is off centre and the mans t shirt is not even symmetrical AND has been sent in the wrong size. I am totally disappointed and will now check to see if the "satisfaction guaranteed" claim is any better than the products. Will be reporting my findings on Facebook and here.

Iam astounded that a company that uses paypal, has this bad service. Sort it out cafe press you offer a discount with a voucher and then once the order is submitted change the price. Disgusted and on top of that it is impossible to get through to you on your fake number!!!

Other people make the designs, all cafepress does is print them for those who purchase the 'user' made design. So it is the people making the designs that you should be after. This is like killing the messenger.

That phrase would suggest that they have no choice in the matter, they have to sell images of Stalin and so are blameless. Of course they have a choice, just because they don't design the t-shirts doesn't mean they should be free of guilt. The fact is they have a choice and they are choosing to make money off Stalins face, it is disgusting.

If your hinting at whether I think there should be regulation on what can and can't be sold I don't think there should be in the case of Stalins face, I just think people should have some sense of empathy for those who suffered on a scale which in arguably worse than the Jews in Nazi Germany, and therefore not promote his face at all.
