Dude! Good tutorial, this is obviously advanced. It would be alot better if you explained 'why' you were doing what you were doing at lightning speed. You went so fast, I was 10 moves behind you and trying to see what you were doing. Zip Zip Zip and you were done.

You could click the top layer, scroll to the bottom of all your layers (with the top one selected). Hold down Shift and click the last layer (all will be selected).

@pfltuts select all the objects by clicking while holding the left shift key and dragging ur mouse over the space u want to select, then move.

in what format did you save this layout (whole webpage?) png, jpeg, or html and images?

I normally go with .PNG because the image quality is perfect. You can also some times go with GIF or JPG, you just have to watch the file size. GIF is more if there are only a couple colors used.

Simply right click on your document and it will bring up a selection screen to change your brush size :)
