Ok SonyEricsson. Take SPECIFIC notice here in your own video highlighting one of your top ended phones. The user uses a Mac!!! Time to get your PC Suite and other software over to the Mac, which is more than capable. Even Nokia, Microsoft, Adobe, and many other large software corporations have software for the Mac. Even RIM & Nokia to a lessor degree. Please stop forcing your users to use Windows, support choice.
