The prong collar is a little to wide. Try to take out one pair of prongs and try again. I also see, that it is to far down the neck. It should be placed right behind the ears, it will also stay there if you make it a little tighter. As worn in the video, the collar is not the effective as it could be. I will come along here once more, so if you place a new video we can look together, if it is better then...
