unliek the "shadow" seen walking in the hall of Neverland ranch, this one appears as it could be from a tree, in this case thats a pretty reasonable explanation, but the one of the shadow walking across the hall, that strikes me as REAL ghost footage, people say "its a shadow of a guy in the othe room" , i call those people stupid! shadows dont work like that, if it was a guy in the other room, th shadow wouldnt look so upright, and its size/shape would change based on light due to motion
