i cant play it either way, but for me GHP's method is a lot easier because it's less complex, and i'm not really used to tapping. idk just my personal opinion

Its so much easier than people think. I remember thinking it was impossible until I actually sat down and started practicing it...I had it down in a few hours...I just use my middle and ring finger for the red and yellows, and tap the blue and orange with my right hand index finger...Simple.

For me its a pain in the foot to play "They're hammer ons" I haven't started to practice it though
I do better then most people i know... with a 2% on legends of rock and a 9% on smash hits
