i would say she is in pretty good control if she did not vomit in the cab. maybe she could handle a few more, then, then, i would say she had too much. i am sure this won't be the last time neither. it usually isn't. but over time, maybe 40 or 50 years the drinking will make that pretty young girl look aged.

This is a good PSA , and i like it, but , not to sound like a totl dumbhead but I'm not really sure what the message is. Is it something against drinking too much alcohol? I'm from thne USA, and I don't recognize that emblem in the upper right hand corner. Is it from a charity? An anti-alcohol group? A health organization? A hospital? An insurance company? Would somebody mind explaining it to me? Thanks!
