"SPOILER ALERT!" I read in this Julys' issue of GameInformer that there's 2 new executions. (I'm sure there's more than that.) One is used with the flame thrower. (Scorcher) It's performed by jamming it inot the enemies; torso pulling the trigger and watching fire come from their eyes and mouth. And you can snap somes neck with the new double barreled shootgun.

how would someone know if they did all executions ?

There's no definitive way to tell which executions you've done EXACTLY. The only thing you can tell is how many you've performed. By going into your War Journal on the main menu and then going into achievements so that you can check, look for the one that says Kick'em While They're Down. It will tell you how many you've done out of 11. I have 10/11 and for the longest time I couldn't figure out which one I needed.

After watching this video I'm pretty sure I need the shield one, or Torque Break.

no, just go into multiplayer, make it a local game, and it gives you the option to put in a mx of 9 bots when you by your self (only 10 people in a game) and you can set the difficulty of the bots
