Zak is everything a modern rock drummer should be. He's not flashy or adds extra solos. He's what every rock band needs...a SOLID drummer that's not gonna showboat, but give an amazing performance every time.

Every time I see Zak play on YouTube or live he just keeps it real. Young drummers need to study Zak and how he plays. Remember, sometimes you need to remind yourself what's more important: a great performance for your band or your own agenda.

@JadeBlack1 He doesn't play this model anymore, but it's just a standard Gibson les paul as far as I can see. Now, he plays a guitar customly made for him by Fender. It's a Jim Adkins JA-90 Telecaster Thinline with Seymour Duncan soapbar pick ups, and independent volume and tone controls along with an adjustomatic bridge and anchored tailpiece. It's available in Crimson Red Transparent and Ebony Transparent. =)
