The people who say FFVII/VIII are the best in the series and that IX is shit obviously isn't a true fan of the series. FFIX went back to the roots of the series and had similar gameplay/look (Small, comic like characters) to the original 2D games (I-VI)

Yeah, surely FF8 is one of the worest FFs ever.

All FFs made for PS2 suck huge balls. Leveling system was quite unique and interesting though (in FF10 of course).

And ALL FFs have moving stories. Seriously, even these older ones (FF6 and FF6). They may look funny but actually some of them are quite sad and... moving. Right.

my personal fav final fantasy is FF9, but im going to correct you on saying that X-2 is the worst one. In my opinion FF 12 is the worst final fantasy ever, ... and a have played them all! FF 12 was just totally worthless, only thing good were the graphics, story charachter developemnt and that shitty license system, they all sucked ballz. zidane always saw the bright side in things and was laughing throughout most of the game. You are basicly saying that whenever a charachter feels down in a video game or is sad he is immidiatly degraded to emo-fag. seriously man, get over yourself. Thats how charachter developement is created, by mixing sad scenes and good scenes, in total creating a good charachter

FF X was the worst FF ever made. Seriously.

Tidus was the WORST hero EVER. Even Vincent from FF7 was better depite being emo fag (LUCRECIA).

Tidus was totally childish, dialogues between him and Yuna were so predictable and fucked up. And all this "AURON GUIDE ME PPLOX? WHY MY FATHER HATED ME? I'LL NEVER BE AS GOOD! I'M GREAT BLITZBALL PLAYAH, LOVE ME, FAG!".

However Blitzball game was really good minigame (probalby the best in FF). Also loved limit breakers and ultima weapons. Story sucked.

Whoa! Imma have to Disagree with you. FF9 was good but it's anything but godly. Final Fantasy 7 set the benchmark for the francise. And I noticed you only played 6-12. Have you played any of the others? Plus on top of that 10 is the first of the series to introduce voice acting, so it's far from, game is great. But your entitled to your own opinion i suppose.

FF9 SUCKED. FF7 (FFT), FF8, and FFX (in that order) are and will be the BEST of the series for a LONG time. Most Linkin Park music fits in with FF7, not really FF9. Goes well with FFX too.

final fantasy IX (or 9) is most made of the remains of the serie be4 nr.9,nr9 was possible the best made of all the final fantasy games cuz squaresoft made it with a much better story then any other one in the final fantasy,in a matter of fact;squaresoft wanted it to upgrade and bring out on ps2,but they thought they wouldn't sell good because many should have played nr.9 till the end.they thought it would make those wjo had completed nr.9 boring cuz there would be just more effects.
