Please see my video regarding a supervisor in Philly almost punching a woman after we missed our flight. To be clear, we missed our flight because no gate agent was present when we arrived 20+ minutes prior to our takeoff time. Perhaps they need a gate agent/supervisor training course on how not to attempt to batter women. I'd love to hear what a US Airways employee/Rep has to say about this (I called, made my complain, .... never heard back).
