87 Buick Grand National vs. Supercharged Mustang GT

Anybody who believes the mustang had a supercharger is a fool. It is a V8, a big ol 4.6 281ci..lol. Pretty sure 15+lbs of boost makes up for the minimal cubic inch difference, not to mention the granny shifting mustang owner

i own a turbo buick and to all you mustang owners out there, yeah the new mustangs are nice and super charged.ford is trying to sell cars period. the turbo buick owners have been re-building their engines yea v6 engines with amazing parts aluminum blocks even the stock blocks and yes bigger motor bigger turbo,

so its not just a stock turbo or motors anymore guys. the gn has evolved into true muscle cars for 2011 updated and will continue,just visit my mechanics shop all he works on are gns

Mustang needed sticky tires and driver mod. Why does GM kill every decent car it makes except for the Corvette? GTO? DEAD...Grand National...DEAD....GTP....DEAD­.

@FixFalcon i think gm kills every good car, vettes in my opinion r overrated, and idk y the GTO and GTP r thru, but they quit making GNs cuz they were sold as a family car in the 80s and it was significantly cheaper than the vette but take a vette and 86-87 GN to the track and the GN put the vette to shame, and wat finished off the GNs was the GNX, the grand national to end grand nationals, the GNX was more pricey than a GN, bout 30k bak in '87, and the GNX destroyed all stock cars

@warrenreed Doesn't surprise me one bit. I own Mustangs and have always wanted a Grand National. Those 3.8 liter engines are absolute torque monsters and are always underestimated by the typical V8 crowd, but they handle incredible amounts of boost and develop their power in the lower rpm range. Not bad for a 4000 pound car...awesome run! :D
