Even if you DON'T shake a baby, if he goes to the hospital with bleeding on the brain and in the eyes, you get blamed for it anyway. It may also be that a baby crying inconsolably may indicate that his brain was ALREADY bleeding, and your shaking had nothing to do with causing it, but was a reaction to what was already there. Doctors and Courts are quick to convict and take your baby away from you permanently, even if you are completely innocent. This is a GIGANTIC legal problem!
