  • A shameful version of a truly great song..doesn't even touch Old Crow.

  • i think he is good, he put on a concert for us when we deployed a few months ago and it was awsome.

  • Terrible cover. Dylan and OCMS versions are far better

  • honestly, better than the original

  • Honestly it is not, way too C&W for my liking

  • I think he did a pretty good job redoing this song. it really dont sound bad at all. Of course he aint gona be able to do it like old crow medicine show but still i think its pretty good

  • what a pile of trash, and a joke of a country singer. lets make a great song sound like everything else. That's talent there...

  • I agree with you. Great song reduced to a joke. This is what is wrong with Nashville, get a product out that will fill 3 minutes on CMT.

  • Yep that says it! I couldn't agree more

  • Wagon Wheel by Old Crow Medicine Show is not Bluegrass they are not even a bluegrass band. It is a common misconception that OCMS recognizes. Therefore y'alls ignorance in that aspect is excused. I can tell some/most of yall have poor musical tastes, as hinted in your positive expression towards this video. I can only pray for those...

  • i was thinking to myself, hey, if only this timeless classic could be converted to pop.

    and indeed it was!

  • donniepool is a complete fuckin idiot!!

  • everyone has their opinions!

  • ur making everyone hate you junior. haha.

  • You can't compare this to OCMS. Some people like bluegrass and some people like country. Personally, I like both and McComb and OCMS both have talent.

  • OCMS is way better than this version

  • Chill out people. This isn't bad, and if nothing else, OCMS is earning royalties off it!

  • Prob not since the song was written by Bob Dylan

  • My bad! Well, at least somebody's earning royalties off it!

  • ...are you kidding me?

seriously...you can't do this to wagon wheel.

i mean this guy's not bad...but no. just no.

    wagon wheel is amazing.

it wasn't written to become some white trash pop-country song.

  • no im not kidding , and yes, you can do this to wagon wheel, i agree the original version was better, but what about people taken songs like this style and turning it into bluegrass.. ,

  • well i think those are crap too.

  • Pop country? mm ok im pretty sure pop country is keith urban and rascall flatts and all that crap. this sounds a whole more like rock country or as here in texas we call "texas country" they play this song on our texas country station even though this guy is not texan in any way, his style of music is just TEXAS COUNTRY. not ?Pop?

  • you guys are idiots, it's not about who, or how, but how well you do it, this guys not actually to bad, it' s a different style, it reaches people who don't like bluegrass or bands like ocms, so, there

  • FUCK no!

  • This is definately not POP COUNTRY, if its anything its ROCK COUNTRY, and I Think it is just as Good As OCMS and there version isnt technically COUNTRY its BLUE GRASS

  • This is SHIT. total disgrace to OCMS. Nashville sucks

  • I like Jeremy's version better. OCMS did a good job on it but it's not even their song either guy. Bob Dylan made this song.

  • You haven't heard Dylan's tape of this, have you!

  • Which album does Dylan sing it? My pop's has just about every Dylan album and I have never seen or heard it.

  • it was an outake from Pat Garrett and Billy The Kid. Dylan and a bass player rehearsing the chorus - there were some other words but they're pretty murky and indecipherable. The story goes that it never got finished. Dylan never performed it anywhere.

  • this is shit. turning OCMS to nashville. boo

  • i actualy cant deside witch verson i like better, this is a good one for like when youer partyin and shit and the other one is a good ol chillin country son ocms is amazing in what they do, both versons are good

  • Decent enough but the OCMS version is far, far, far multiplied by about a million times better. No question.

  • OCMS's version is a lot better IMO. This is the definition of pop country and this man should be shot...Hank Williams is rolling over in his grave

  • I absolutely love this song and the video cracks me up! I htink he knocked OCMS in the dirt with this and if you want Pop-country go find some Kenny Chesney or Rascal Flatts.

  • If you don't like this go post somewhere else that you don't like it and quit dogging it here. This is a good song. Old Crow Medicine Show did a good job too. You probably don't even know that Bob Dylan wrote the chorus for this song. Ignorant ass...

  • omg love the ending

  • FUCK POP COUNTRY!

    3 words to live by.

  • good job turning a classic into a crap popcountry song

  • the video is kool though

  • old crow does it 98324171392471028749017492138749087341923875658716x's better

  • why is there a space between that 7 and 4? are you trying to impress upon us a new form of math?

  • Way to ruin Wagon Wheel, you worthless sack.

  • i actually like it

  • it's good that this cover exists. there needed to be a 'worst wagon wheel cover ever'. there's a video somewhere on youtube of a maybe 10 year old kid doing this song at least a hundred times better than this clown.

  • agreed.

  • ok i finished watching it and i stand corrected this is a good video and the cover grows on ya

  • why did this peice of crap even waste his time with this mainstream garbage cover old crow medicine show has more talent than this guy ever will

  • personally the end made it just great ending. i liked the face n the rokr duds arm pit

  • ain't got shit on ocms

  • Corny as shit.

  • great cover!!!!!

  • old crow medicine show is so much better.

  • A nice interpretation by Jeremy...not to mention a better video. What the heck was every member of OCMS on that they agreed to that? Oooof!

  • it's called "being interesting"

  • Swing and a miss... :~P

  • great cover of a great song!!! peace and love from east Texas

  • is that all people have is negative stuff to say shut up your a nobody i dont hear you singing on here exactly

  • I think my ears are bleeding a little bit...

    yep they are...

    ouch...

  • I'd guess you are not from North Idaho where we appreciate good ole home town boys makin it at least on youtube.....Good job J.M.

  • This is why modern country music needs to die.

  • he does this song no justice. this is an amazing song and he has butchered it.

    good job asshole.

  • exactly what i was thinking.

  • Not anywhere near as good as Old Crow Medicine Show!

  • this video is great anyone who doesnt like it must not have a heart cuz when when me and all my friends get good and drunk together nothing makes people come together so well

  • i think the end it freken funny i like the ocms verzon but i like the stille this one is sung in it sounds like texas country.

  • Its a good version, equal to ocms, Funny video

  • Dude..way funny! Loved it. Rock on!

  • i hope ocms made bank off this... cause it sucks

  • Bud, this is a Dylan song.

  • But we would of never heard if Ketch Secor never added the lyrics and melody to it.

  • oh well- still a dylan song

  • the chorus is a dylan song the rest is ocms

  • happy version, i loved it

  • not quite as good as OCMS, but the video is hilarious!

  • not bad, but I like the original better

  • this version is much better

  • Bob Dylan's Wagon Wheele couldn't have been done any better. I know Jeremy's on his way up. From roadie for Larry the Cable Guy to a Country Rock Star. Way to go!

  • Get your foot out of your mouth. Old Crow Medicine Show.

  • as i understand it, Dylan wrote only the chorus and OCMS wrote the Verse's to the song. I'm pretty sure

  • good version, though I like OCMS's better. Ya'll should watch the Making of this vid, it's pretty cool. The guy next to him in the bar scene was not intentional in the shooting, he was a regular at that bar, came in after work, and sat next to Jeremy as they were shooting the dang thing -lol-

  • Sorry excuse for a cover, changed lyrics and made it feel a lot different than it's supposed to. At least Against Me's cover was true to the song and stuck with the true meaning.

  • Wow, that really is just terrible. Against Me! and OCMS do it far better than this guy ever could.

P.S Did he really have to change "Toke" to "smoke"?

  • he butchered this song OCMS is way better

  • this guy was just in lancaster, pennsylvania for a barnstormers game and sang this song

  • i love jeremy

  • damn good song

  • You ruined Old crows Version

  • Have any of yall heard " This town needs a bar"?

  • That's funny

  • love this song why is'n he huge yet hilarous vid he has a voice like that of gary alan with the song and vid style of brad paisley

  • We all love you Jerome!!!! Hope to see you back out here, where you made it from being in the local bars with Trace County to out in Nashville cuttin the big hits and makin it into our homes and cars. Keep it up good buddy. just remeber even when there is a low there will always be a helicopter in your pocket to pick you up!

  • This guy kinda looks like that guy from the rogers ad series about dropping calls. The guy with the super far apart eyes.

  • Oh and I forgot to mention it's a really cool video. Enjoy this talented dude y'all.

  • he is so freakin hot!

  • glad to see someone agrees with me...LOL. he IS very hot! and i LOVE his music!

  • Great song. Great video. Great young talent.

  • Oh my God why isn't this guy on the radio? I just read about him in Country Weekly. I would never have heard him or saw him on CMT/GAC if I didn't look him up on youtube. This guy's cool.
