LMAO. I'm on unemployment right now, and considering how small those cheques are there is no way I'm buying anything except essentials, which is basically what I do now, just buying food, water, and gas and paying bills. Nothing else.

This Christmas is going to be bleak for many people. I'm used to not having money (my husband has been out of work for a long time) but many Americans cannot live without their luxuries and are already depressed.

Total unemployment is 30 million and nearly 22%, but I guess that only means if you count every body not making money anymore. When anyone says 9 12 16 % that is not correct &actually we still have millions next year after college graduation. O yeah and the retired didn't save enough $ so they will not quit. Well so many factors to take into account not sure if people really get it. Yes major economic collapse.  I think all the educated people would rather build solar panels than roads.
