  • Love this Cass !

  • @MrHippycris thank you, Cris!

  • I saw Quicksilver 3 of the four nights they played at Fillmore West with Buddy Miles. And it was the Friday night that Jimi Hendrix passed on. Quicksilver played late into the night .I am a Zappa fan but do love these guys. I also was there when Barry Melton played Sunnyvale on the night of Ciopolinnas passing

  • mmmmmmm!...you humans with your strange music......... must investigate further.......

  • Quicksilver is one of the most brilliant bands of all time. I have mixed feelings about the way they never achieved great fame. Fame is fleeting and meaningless, and to those of us fortunate enough to be aware of and appreciate them during the '70's -BC (Before Crack), (when the drugs were good!)well, hell, it was the best part of the trip.

  • I'm fourteen, and I totally agree with you. They are one of my favorite bands too!

Maybe Quicksilver didn't acheive the fame they deserved (in fact, there's no "maybe" about it), but they are far from forgotten.

  • You are awesome, friend! Age is only a number...Spirit is forever!
