@thebackrow678 Well for the most part i wouldnt consider it to be an addiction or anything that would be labeled as a physical or mental illness, and it is a fact that we are fed a lot of lies about health and its relation to weight~ (one lie being that your body fat actually hurts your health when its in fact your cholesterol levels) one can be in upwards of 400 pounds and still be technically very healthy. Its really what you eat, not how much. But for the most part i agree with ya :)

I was 135 when I was in my 20's then reached 150-170 after my 30's. And slowly ended up reaching 210. I was taken to the emergency room cause my blood pressure was way to high.One day I got up and started to exercise.
