Um no, at most 20,000 died and their deaths only resulted because Hitler and the Nazis decided to continue the war despite the fact it was lost by 1945. The difference between the allies and Germans was that the allies only targeted civilians when they actively participated in supporting Germany's war economy (working in factories building guns and tanks). The Germans targeted civilians based on race and continued killing them even after they were no longer contributing to the war effort.
