You lost me after you have removed the screw. I see you jimmying the faceplate off with what looks like a screw driver, and from what I can tell, you are jimmying it at the power switch. Every one of my attempts to do anything similar have only succeeded in scratching or denting my player. Are the two parts glued together or something? Or is there a particular part where you have to lever it apart?

i disassemble it because it got stuck with a high peep and couldnt turn it of or plug it in nowit works just fine again. Thnx for the video man XD

@maxahlers howd ya fix the beep mayn ? i got the same sometimes its black screen with beep have to wait till its empty then charge it and it works again.. till it happens again

My boot screen is different than that - it has 'sammy' on it. Anyone else have this too?

hey! how can i fix my YP-T10 it doesnt work even i put the cored to my T-10 and the USB type to my PC then if u turn on the only u can see in the screen TIO only then i tryed to reset TIO again almost 5 months i did not used my T-10 with this problem hope u can help me...

I found your video and began taking it apart to dry it out and maybe find some way to fix my screen problem. I got chicken after removing the first wire cable. It took me a long time to figure out how to put the cable back in, but I finally got it. It slides from below, into the white slot., while the hinge is in the open position. Then you clamp down on the hinge. And PRESTO, the sucker worked again ! Full screen capability. !

I would dissamble it to change the flash to have more capacity(like 8 or more gb) but thats impossible.Well I think he killed the player cause he destructed surely the second pair of cables.

Anyway,one of the pads on my t-10 has gone out.The 'back' pad with the arrow.I don't know why but it still works though.How do i solve this?

my stupid t10's screen froze and now it had lines all over it. I read somewhere on the net I should take the battery out, do you think that would work. Reset is doing nothing for me.
