The sound you hear is not booing but a 'BOOM'. In most recorded versions of the anthem, after the word 'Jamaica' there is always a cymbal crash and the sound of a kick drum. Jamaicans are known for always echoing the bass drum while singing the anthem. "Jamaica, BOOM Jamaica, BOOM Jamaica land we love". The crowd sound is slightly delayed so the BOOM may not appear to be in sync.

Look again at 1:04 to 1:08 People wouldn't appear that excited if they were booing.

@greeny5555 If it is the Jamaicans ( the people in green and gold) you are talking about....they were not booing. In the orchestral arrangement of our national anthem, at there is a loud bass drum (not sure if it is the timpani) right after each "Jamaica" in the refrain. So growing up in school, when we have no orchestra (and sometimes even when we do) we would always make the "boom" sound with our voices. And it looks to me like this is what the Jamaicans were doing here :)

No no. I can't remember when exactly it was but it was much more recent than that. It might even as been as recent as 2006, just before the last world cup. Jamaica qualified in '98 and tried to play England around then, which would have been a better match. This one turned into a procession with England scoring 5 or 6.
