@KjandRhi YES, it can.. since it works with suction, it does ride perfectly in the ceiling as long as your ceiling does not have popcorn..

@24superawsome i dont thing its over charged.. try connecting the charge one more to reset the car and if doesn't work, you better return it, yours deffective..

@toopmaster no, not even from floor to wall, but you can place him on the ceiling and it will work perfectly fine, make turns, forward and reverse, just fine, just as long its not a popcorn ceiling.. sorry for taking so long to reply..
