the fact is that The plot are citing Swing Kids as a main influence, and they most definitely are a classic screamo band, not to mention they are from the San Diego, the place that were the main artery for the beginning of screamo, and they played (and most likely hang around) at the che cafe, which is the venue most directly involved in the screamo community. get it straight you guys, the plot is very screamo influenced, but most definitely not metalcore influenced (or w/e you think screamo is)
