and the dekes u can pull off are so advanced for their time....and the cutscenes showing players taunting goalie and opponents is sickk...and game-breaker is genius!! But hate when u pull a deke and drag the puck around the goalie but then u hit the post or press the shoot button but doesnt get the shot off in time....this game is comparable, if not, better than the NHL games of today :D
this game is sickk so old school!!! I love setting it to beginner and putting player and goalie boost on my team and scoring 10+ goals a game....so empowering and never gets old....I like it when u score on a breakaway and sometimes u get this whole video montage of ur goal, showing ur team's bench as u head towards the net with music in the BG :D
i remember playing this back when i got a ps2 for my birthday and nhl 2003 this got me sooooo addicted lol i could not get off this game i think ill play it right now cuz its lying around somewhere i can use my ps3
