with the Kings Avery was definitely a little sh*t but he's grown up a lot with the Rangers. he's playing with Jagr on the first line and he's actually working with stern, aging Jagr well. he's certainly still intense and gets in people's faces a lot but he's careful to avoid drawing gratuitous penalties. back in the day the kid was a bit out of control but he's a smart veteran now and he's a vital scorer for the Rangers.
