But what if you just listen to music like this here and you spontaneously start singing and/or dancing to it? Then your whole being calms, centers and goes with the flow of music... I don't know if this is meditation, but to me personally it is very liberating and energizing :)

@kikiru11 Meditation has been shown to be scientifically helpful in affecting the mind in a positive way, increase concentration, and prayer in all faiths (regardless of religion) can be therapeutic, but I don't agree people have to be boxed into one tradition, and you can be an atheist and meditate, but not with mantra meditation, but Buddhist ones.
