@1locojoko1 It's more about the percentage. You need to first get at least 180% (which is still good ending, but close to best ending) of the game explored and then go beat Dracula. If you do that, you'll be able to start a new game with the name RICHTER and play as him.
@1locojoko1 Maybe 160% i the minimum requirement then or maybe even less. I wish the game itself would give clear info on that, but sadly it doesn't. Anyway, thanks for watching.

Actually I feel really bad for Dracula no matter what he is; he almost looks like a victim to his own ambitions. And Strider Ninja Alucard? They should make that game as a sequel to Strider. It sounds awesome.
Actually I went after all the endings of the game. You're right, this is the one where I don't have that percentage. The Best Ending is seen in the video I called Part 31.
Daaaamn didnt realise this was 2d :D going to have to get this for pcsxbox :D castlevania died for me when it turned 3d same with mario etc ...although when zelda turned 3d the fun had just begun :)
The 3D Castlevania games look nothing like the classic series and they do not look too good either, that's true. It's really cool that they released this game on a console able to produce 3D graphics, but decided to go for 2D.
Everytime I see the end credits I always expect Rinoa and Squall kissing. Wrong game, doh!

@mli130496 The only way I remember was when you load your game. The percentage is displayed in the "file select" menu.

then i beat dracula and got a good ending, then after that i started a new game and entered the name as RICHTER and i still got to play as him...
thanks for the extra info though. next time I'll try to explore the map more so i can get a better percentage. thanks for the uploads by the way :]
