Bionic...sick work man! I got 13 rounds with a 20# vest and I was crying for momma! I probably should have waited because I'm coming off of 6 days of straight training oly lifts, mma, and CF wods.
Nice work! I know that you weren't using straps, but what exactly did you have on your hands/wrists? Something to prevent rips? I'm a big fan, being on the small side, 5'5/155 and from MI. Just trying to learn as I go. Thanks for the vids
Thanx! Yeah, they are just a pair of neoprene pads that velcro onto my wrist and hang freely until i need them for the pullups. I use them to prevent rips. As we all know rips are no fun!
This one has left me with the most severe DOMS ever when I last did it in June ! Good effort, you'll get your revenge next time without the ME front squats prior to the WOD ^^

Well, the first time i did this one i got 19 complete rounds. But i was fresh. Thats why i put than "Note" on the vid...lol
