This is my favorite song of all time, but only when performed by OtR. This version isn't quite as tight as the very first group's version, but these guys are amazing. They've had good and bad years, but recently (as shown by them being in the Sing Off, etc), they've been amazing. EUGENE, OREGON, REPRESENT! Hometown boys making their city proud!

I am a big fan of the original song, and I would agree with those saying that this is probably the best a cappella arrangement/performance I've seen on Youtube. Soulful, not too rushed, and very well sung. I dunno what it is about a cappella vocal groups, but an inordinate number of them seem to rob music of all it soul, and it just sounds...friggin' weird. This is not one of those groups.

@parker57575 It's pretty universal, originally the Gentlemen from Virgina, I believe it was on Boca almost a decade ago now. I'd guess over 4-5 dozen groups have done this, and if you send out some emails you would find a copy. I used to have it, but I'm a bit out of the loop with the older arrangments.

Pfffft who needs Straight No Chaser when you guys are around...amazing...I doubt they could pull off this tight of an arrangement live as well as be as subtley entertaining...they always seem "above" this kind of comedy when combining their music with performance. Well done.

They may be more subtle, but there is a lot there if you are paying attention closely to everyone in the group. This is excellent sound quality coming off of a live, unprofessional recording though. It really helps show how good the group really is

SNC is still amazing. Both of the groups have their points. On the Rocks is pretty sweet, but SNC has the advantage of getting cd's out to the public. SNC is more well known than OTR. OTR is still really good, though.
