You sing quite good, but you should try to soften your voice and let it dip deeper. The way you sing is not bad, but it doesn't fit with the song.

This used to be my number one mistake until my girlfriend corrected me - forcing the voice and putting to much energy in it; so it sounds too powerful. Instead soften it, sing a bit deeper and use more emotion like the original singer does. It's not powerful, it's soft but full of feeling. =)
