It's from one of the Couperin masses - an Offertoire.

It's nice to know that one's videos are appreciated and I hope that as a result people will be enthusiastic to play, maintain, restore and build pipe organs.

Many organs built in the last century are a mishmash of everything and only able to play music in a trite way, incapable of real inspiration. This is the reason that, in contrast, the organs of Albi cathedral and St Maximin have really inspired me, and I hope many others too . . .
