Is your tongue too big for your mouth? Cause every time you finish a measure of the song you do this weird puckering of your lips... It's really distracting from your singing which I have to say is pretty good but I would also reconsider the song choice. Your voice lacks the breathy calm quality that is perfect in Nora Jones' voice.

amazing voice! tips for if you get a callback: DON'T wear a "little white dress" or try to replicate their costumes. Even though you sing this song beautifully, don't do any Norah Jones/Beatles/Only Hope by Mandy Moore because e v e r y o n e does those and the casting directors get sick and tired of it.

Basically, you want to come in with something that would be similar to the music style of the show you want to be in.

You are so right. If you are auditioning for musical theatre, songs from musicals are preferable. They'll mostly have a list of types of songs for you if they really need a certain type. If it's a good director, they won't really care what type of song, they should call you back based on your voice and you would sing a song that they pick that way they can see you in a certain part.
